Infrastructure:Solutions are appointed as Utilities Consultants to develop the utilities strategy and procurement of new utility services and connections, to serve the proposed Trade Park on the outskirts of Oakham in Leicestershire.
The development will consist of a large 13,200 square feet unit and fourteen incubator business units, ranging from approximately 2,000sq ft to 5,000sq ft , with service areas and parking.
